Shipping times & costs
Shipping times vary based on your location as per the details below. Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen postal service disruptions.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your order.

Please note that during holiday seasons (November/December/St. Patrick’s Day/Bank Holidays) delivery times can be longer than usual.
Shipping within Ireland
Shipping to anywhere in the 32 counties of Ireland is fulfilled with An Post (standard post) and should be delivered within 2-3 business days.
If the package is undeliverable for any reason, An Post/Royal Mail will leave a note at your address and keep the item for you at the nearest Post Office for a set number of days (depending on your location and service provider policies). If you do not collect the item in time, it may or may not be returned to us, depending on the delivery service provider.
Shipping within EU
There are no customs charges for packages received within EU countries.
When a package is being received within the EU (excl. Ireland), we have to put an avaition security sticker on the packaging. Please peel off this sticker and place it in the bin before recycling the packaging.
All orders are shipped with An Post and should be delivered within 3-7 business days.
Shipping outside of EU
If the package is being received outside of the EU (which since Brexit includes Great Britain), we have to put aviation security and customs stickers on the packaging. Please peel off these stickers before recycling the packaging.
All non-EU customers may be required to pay a customs charge at the applicable local rate before the package is delivered to you. The customs charge is based on a percentage of the value of the item(s) you ordered.
All orders are shipped with An Post and should be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on timelines for the recipient country’s postal service.
Faulty products
Your satisfaction is important to us at Teanga Grá. We understand that receiving a faulty product can be very disappointing.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at hi@teangagra.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and any relevant photographs. Upon verifying the fault, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Change of mind
If you want to return or exchange an item, just let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you. We want you to be happy.
